Altor Employment Solicitors is a genuinely different kind of law firm. We are a specialist employment law practice with offices in Central London and Milton Keynes. Employment law is all we do. This means we can focus all of our firm’s efforts on specifically what the people that purchase employment law services want. The firm was established by a highly experienced employment partner who spent the previous 10 years leading an employment team at the largest law firm in the world, acting and leading the relationship for household name employers and individuals.

We cover all aspects of employment law ranging from complex employment litigation to company-wide restructures and acquisitions through to day to day employment issues, training and mediation. We act for employers and individuals.

We do quality and varied work for interesting clients across a range of sectors. Our model is designed to achieve this above all else. This means we can be highly competitive and flexible on our pricing to adapt to the particular needs of our clients. Whether you pay an hourly rate, a fixed fee or an all-inclusive retainer, you will pay materially less than you would for the same level of service from the usual corporate law firm model.
